In The Kitchen | Red Lobster "Cheddar Bay" Biscuits

What I Used:
- Red Lobster "Cheddar Bay Biscuit" Mix
- 3 slices of Cheddar cheese
- 1/3 Cup Butter
- Garlic Herb blend
- 3/4 Cup cold water

Normally I do not post pictures of me making food on my blog, but on some rare occasions if I admire my activity I will blog about it. So today I decided to finally make some biscuits. Honestly I have been on the quest to make some favorite fast food restaurants biscuits. For example, Popeyes, KFC and now Red Lobster. I really have not touch down with Popeyes(favorite) and KFC (I made some from scratch just never took pictures).

#1. |  First I laid out the cheese horizontal on a cutting board, with the pizza cutter(above in first photo) I cut into long straight pieces. Taking the long straight cheese slices I then cut vertically. Next with my kitchen scissors I started cutting into small pieces until they became chunks.

#2. |  Next I combined the Cheddar bay mix and the shredded cheese with 3/4 cup of cold water. Then I began to stir all together until it became dough.
#3. |  After the mix became dough. I then used a spoon to make sure it was thick to place on a baking sheet. Next I sprayed the sheet with non-stick oil and placed the dough with a large amount the spoon could hold.
#4. |  On the box, it tells me to place 8-10 portions and place 2 inches apart on baking sheet. But as you can see I made 12 and then watch as they grew for 16 minutes. So beautiful (Excuse me, I am greedy).

#5.|  Next I combined the 1/3 cup of butter and Garlic Herb blend into a bowl; placed in the microwave for a 1 minute and 30 seconds and quickly but gently put garlic sauce on biscuits with a measuring spoon while the biscuits were still hot and fresh out of the oven.
After cooling, Enjoy!
